Can you suggest affordable HD Camcorders to buy for a business?

   What do you mean by affordable, Neither HDD or media card camcorders are going to be able to perform well with fast action and in dark environments. are you going to convert the video yourself or is it going to be posted to a site such as youtube. If its the latter then you have very little control of the final output. If on the other hand you are using your own site then you are in control.

   By using a Mini-dv (tape based) camcorder you will be able to capture the action, (depending on your budget) in Standard definition, or High Def. Recording at such events is anightmaree, because as you say the light changes all the time, but with a better quality camcorder you will have more control of the camera, rather then using auto features you can tell the camera how you want it to work. thus giving you the best quality video.

   You are looking at a budget of $1500 plus, I suppose that audio is not the most important thing, if you need to use an external mic then you will have to add some more money.
